About the Role:
This is a part-time role (8 hours a week) and will require the successful candidate to work in-person at our Prince George location. Hours are expected to be predictable but the candidate can design their own schedule between Monday 8:00 am and Friday 4:00 pm. The successful candidate will be required to attend weekly Operations meetings on Tuesday 9:30 – 10:30am.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage our small office, ensuring that systems and processes are in place so that we can deliver excellent services to our clients.
- Liaise with Accountant to manage accounts payables, receivables, quarterly budget and forecast.
- Manage client files and maintain our robust knowledge management system on SharePoint.
- Perform general office tasks: email, office scheduling, purchasing, manage inventory and facilities requests, follow up on identified action items.
- Provide support for meetings, workshops and other events including logistics, travel, technology set up, photocopy, supplies.
- Assist with data entry and Survey Monkey.
- Other duties as required.
What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience performing office administration in a team environment.
- College Diploma in Business / Administration, membership in Association of Administrative Professionals is an asset.
- Experience with scheduling software, email, Word, Excel, Share Point, Survey Monkey, Slack and other platforms.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- High degree of accuracy and precision attention to detail.
- Self-starter with a commitment to professionalism. Demonstrated initiative, judgment, decisiveness and confidence.
